Khai was born on September 1st, 1964 in Saigon, Vietnam to Thanh and Jeanne Phan. He was the third oldest of eight siblings, My, Johnny, Henry, Mai, Thai, Tom and Paul. Khai is survived by his wife Darlene Phan, his two daughters Michelle and Christine Phan. Khai is known to his family and friends as a devoted husband, loving father, caring brother, funny uncle, and loyal friend.
